By using StatSheep [dot] com and any of it’s services you automatically agree to the following terms. We do not warrant or guarantee the services or data provided by statsheep.com. Access to the site may be limited at any time, please use at your own risk.

All StatSheep’s content falls under copyright and cannot be used without written consent by StatSheep, LLC. Data/content obtained from 3rd Party sources offer no guarantee and any use of their content is subject to the owners terms of service and privacy laws. We are not responsible for the republishing of the content found on this blog on other Web sites or media without our permission.

StatSheep uses YouTube API Services. Your use of data from these sources should be done in accordance with both the Google Privacy Policy which can be found at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy and the YouTube API Terms of Service which can be found here https://developers.google.com/youtube/terms/api-services-terms-of-service. The data presented on StatSheep is publicly available data. The data is gathered through our proprietary software from third party sources such as, but not limited to, the YouTube Data API. StatSheep does not collect anything private about our users' YouTube accounts nor any "Authorized Data" from the YouTube API. However, some external links to third parties, which connect from our site, may ask for this information. One notable example of this are the external links that enable you to initiate a partnership with our friends at ScaleLab, LLC. StatSheep does not receive nor collect that data, and you are welcome to contact ScaleLab with any questions on what data they collect how they use that data.

All user actions must be initiated by a human, we prohibit any use of robots/scripts to collect information or data from this site, or to post on this site. We are strict about this rule in order to provide the best user experience and appropriate actions will be taken as per these terms and the associated Privacy Policy.

Comments are welcomed and encouraged on this site, but there are some instances where comments will be edited or deleted as follows:

  • Comments deemed to be spam or solely promotional in nature will be deleted. Including a link to relevant content is permitted, but comments should be relevant to the post topic.
